Cutbush Lane proposals: Have your say
In December 2011, The Consortium held an exhibition on its proposals for Spencers Wood and Three Mile Cross. We thank all the residents who offered us their views on the materials displayed at that exhibition.
The Consortium is also putting forward plans to build around 126 new homes on an area of land that the University of Reading owns in Shinfield, north of Cutbush Lane. The proposed development will include areas of open space, children’s play areas, pathways and water features.
