How we use your information:

All information that is collected during our public consultations (including via this website) will be stored on a database that will be retained only by the project team working on this campaign. This information will not be passed on to any third party or used for sales or marketing purposes. This applies to all information that collected in the course of a community consultation including specific feedback, opinions, names, addresses, contact details and email addresses.

The only circumstances in which the information that you provide will be passed on to external bodies or institutions is when a planning application is submitted to a local authority. In this case, the feedback responses you provide may be reproduced, either in summary or verbatim, in the document that we produce for the council which details the community consultation that has been undertaken. However, these responses will be anonymized, meaning that personal details will never be provided in conjunction with feedback responses.

As with most other websites, this website also automatically collects standard internet log information from your browser in order to record visitor information and help the website work more effectively. This includes Cookies, which are small text files that are saved to the hard drive of your computer when you use a website. The data that is stored is used to gather movement data of users around the website and the number of visitors to each portion of the site.
